Train service between Galle-Matara temporarily halted

The train service between Galle to Matara has temporary been halted, the Department of Railways announced today (04).
The decision was taken following renovation of a bridge between Unawatuna and Katugoda railway stations.
The train service will be recommenced on May 09, the Department added in a statement.
