Mohammed Muzammil further remanded

Media Spokesman of the NFF, Mohammed Muzammil, who was arrested by the Financial Crime Investigation Division (FCID), has been further remanded until 27 July.    


The former MP was remanded after being produced before the Fort Magistrate a short while ago on Wednesday, Ada Derana reporter said.   


Mohammed Muzammil was arrested as he arrived at the FCID to give a statement on 20 June.  The arrest was made in connection with an investigation on the misuse of vehicles belonging to the Presidential Secretariat Office. 


The suspect will be produced before the Court again on 27 July.
