State institutions are independent now - Rajitha

At present, all the state institutions are independent, Health Minister Rajitha Senaratne says.

He pointed out the state officials lost the opportunity to act independently during the rule of the previous regime. 

Minister Senaratne expressed these views while speaking at an event held in Kalutara.
