The bodies of two individuals including a child, who are believed to be victims of the recent boat disaster in Katukurunda, have been discovered after they washed ashore at two separate locations.

One of the bodies, a 25-year-old from Galpotta, had washed ashore at the Beruwala beach this morning while the other, a 7-year-old boy from Payagala, was discovered by fishermen in Balapitiya.
