New ministers to be appointed to Northern prov. council

Two individuals will be sworn in to ministerial positions of the Northern Provincial Council, later today (29).
Sources reveal that the two individuals will be sworn in at 10.00am today, in the presence of the Governor of the northern province, Rejinald Cooray.
The Chief Minister of the Northern Province, C.V. Wigneswaran took oaths as the acting minister of Education and Agriculture, on the 21 of June, after the former ministers were asked to resign over corruption allegations.
It has been reported that the Anandi Shashidaran and K. Sarveshwaran will be sworn in as the new ministers.
