Protest at Flower Road...

A demonstration by the protesters at the ‘No Deal Gama’, who are camped outside the Temple Trees, blocked the vehicular movement on the Flower Road in Kollupitiya this afternoon (May 26). Reportedly, tensions were high as the protesters attempted to proceed toward the Prime Minister’s Office. The police blocked the protesters, stating that they cannot be allowed to proceed as an examination centre is located nearby.
