Mattala airport to open by the end of this year - Ranil

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe stated that the agreement on the Hambantota port will be signed by the end of this year (2017).
He further added that the Mattala Airport will re-open by the end of this year as well.
Ranil Wickremesinghe made these statements addressing the United National Party (UNP) members at the Biyagama electorate.
