LTTE: poster child for the fall of terrorism

With the increase in attacks by Naxalites on the Indian security forces in recent months a circular has been issued by the Indian CPI (Maoist) politburo asking its Naxalite cadres to learn from the LTTE’s “mistakes” in Sri Lanka. Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has called them “the biggest threat to India’s internal security.”

It says: “The LTTE’s mistake lay in its lack of study of the changes in its enemy’s tactics, capabilities, international support and open assistance by imperialist powers, ie., an underestimation of its enemy along with an overestimation of its own forces and capabilities.”

Mr. Singh, what goes around comes around..! India (Mrs. Indira Gandhi)created LTTE to divide Sri Lanka in the seventies, because she did not like the pro-Western attitude of the Sri Lankan government then. By doing so, she lost her son, and now some 30 years later, results of her stupidity has come to haunt India. India must realise that it is to India´s benefit to keep Sri Lanka united, and stop meddling with Sri Lankan affairs. Sri Lankans are quite capable of solving their own problems, without any interference from foreign countries. Thank you... If anything India will be wise to seek the help of Sri Lanka on how to eliminate terrorism, effectively.
