Several roads closed for Malaysian Premier’s state visit

The Police Headquarters has reported that several roads in and around Colombo will be closed for the state visit of Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Abdul Razak today (17). 

Accordingly, the road leading from the Kelaniya bridge towards Galle road will be temporarily closed from 8.30am to 9.15am. All bi-roads from near the Kelaniya bridge to basleine road junction, Nelum pokuna, the public library and St.Micheals road will also be closed.   

Further the road leading to Galle face and the old parliament will be closed for 15 minutes tomorrow.
