All shanty dwellers will be provided with flats – Champika

Although there are some delays in the development process, the sustainable development plan is now underway, says Minister of Megapolis and Western Development Patali Champika Ranawaka.
He also said that all shanty dwellers will be provided with residences at multi-story buildings by the end of this year.
He said this at a meeting held in Katubedda, Moratuwa.
