Parliament adjourned due to lack of quorum

Parliament has been adjourned till tomorrow morning (20) due to the lack of quorum when the New York Times story was taken up for debate today (19).

The parliament was scheduled to debate the allegations made in a New York Times investigation detailing how China seized ownership of the Hambantota Port and accusing the former government led by Mahinda Rajapaksa of corruption.
