Protecting the honesty of the state employee has become a contemporary issue, says the Auditor General Gamini Wijesinghe.

The 19th Constitutional Amendment helped to minimize the misuse of public money.

He mentioned this at an event held for the transferring the ownership of several buildings in Batuhenawatta, Ratnapura from the Auditor General’s Department to the University of Sabaragamuwa.
