Four-hour police raid arrests 3,560 persons for traffic offences

Police Media Spokesperson states that 6,020 cases have been filed under traffic offences on a raid conducted last night (20).

The raid has been conducted island-wide under the instruction on the Inspector General of Police (IGP) and lasted from 3 am to 7 am.

Reportedly, 3,560 persons including drunken drivers have been arrested in the raid.
