Train services disrupted on upcountry railway line

Train services on the upcountry railway line have been disrupted owing to a train derailment Bandarawela and Heel Oya.
As a result, train services between Badulla and Bandarawela have been temporarily suspended, the Railway Control Room said.
Accordingly, the night mail train which was due to be deployed from Badulla to Colombo this evening (09) has been canceled.
