Fonseka signs nomination papers to contest Colombo

General (Retired) Sarath Fonseka signed his nomination papers to contest from the Colombo district under the Trophy symbol of the Democratic National Front (DNA) says JVP’s former Parliamentary Group Leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake.

 

Mr. Dissanayake said that Attorney-at-Law Sunil Watagala visited General Fonseka who is under detention at the Navy Headquarters and that the nomination papers were signed at around 1.30 this afternoon (Feb. 24).
