The indelible ink marking for the casting of ballots will be done on the fourth finger of the left hand, says the Elections Commissioner.
The normal practice of marking the little finger of the left hand will be avoided for tomorrow’s general elections as the ink applied during the Presidential election still remains in some individuals’ fingers, Elections Commissioner Dayananda Dissanayake says.
