SAARC nations cannot exist in isolation: President Rajapaksa

The South Asia Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC)
countries cannot exist in isolation. These nations have to reach out and build
up dialogues with observer states, says Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa
addressing the inauguration of the 16th SAARC summit in
