VIDEO: Court Martial judges agree not to conflict Court Martial with Parliament – Fonseka

On a request by the Speaker the Court Martial Judges have decided not to schedule the Court Martial on days when parliament sessions are due, Rtd. Gen. MP Sarath Fonseka said speaking at the first press conference after his arrest. Fonseka stated that a Court Martial cannot deprive a person from his Parliamentary privileges.

 

 

Fonseka also thanked Wimal Weerawansa and others who spoke out of honest intentions on his behalf
