The Intec CXO Media Conclave 2010 closes with outstanding success

The 2010 CXO Media Conclave concluded on a high note on the 18th of May, with a view to increase the telecom industry’s understanding of the commercial and technical challenges and opportunities, specific to improving the customer experience through technology.
The conference and panel discussions focused on the business and operations support systems requirements for next-generation communications networks, and provided an ideal platform to find the hottest trends and solutions in the industry and network, with professionals representing every segment of the telecommunications industry.

This key technology event was a two part series with an interactive workshop in
the morning followed by the CXO panel discussion in the evening. The forum
addressed issues on how to optimize BSS investments by leveraging on existing
investments and focusing on enhancing competitive differentiation, building
loyalty and quality user experience effectively – thereby becoming
smarter, leaner and more agile in responding to competition and emerging
technologies. The interactive panel discussion brought together the CEOs of Sri
Lanka’s top telecommunications companies, a keynote address by highly respected
Dr. Rohan Samarajiva of LIRNEAsia, ICT experts and the media to address
developments in customer experiences and its connection to new generation
technology.

telecoms carriers, the CXO Media Conclave came to a close with a Gala Dinner on
