India beat Sri Lanka by seven wickets

Rohit Sharma smashed an unbeaten 101, his second consecutive century, as India cruised to a comfortable seven-wicket victory over Sri Lanka in the second One-day International of the tri-series in Bulawayo on Sunday.

 

Besides Sharma, Virat Kohli chipped in with 82 runs. India reached the target with 39 balls to spare.

 

Earlier, India bowled outSri Lankafor 242 with a ball to spare.

 

Sent in to bat, the Sri Lankans lost wickets at regular intervals, Angelo Matthews top scoring with 75 runs and Tillakaratne Dilshan making 61.

 

For India, Pragyan Ojha took two for 44, Ravindera Jadeja two for 49 and Ashok Dinda two for 44.
