Pradeepkumara Balasuriya, veteran journalist and Public Relations consultant has joined Minlo Media as its Head of PR.

 

 

Pradeep, with his capabilities gets along well with both clients and the media fraternity, bringing the two together in a seamless fashion, thus creating a dynamic formula and getting the best out of both parties. He has also played a major part in taking many brands close to the hearts of the consumers through the effective and strategic use of media.

 

 

He has worked with many top local and international brands in the areas of PR, Crisis Management, Image Buildingand CSR. Pradeep started his career as a journalist with a leading organization, at the launch of its first publication and the inception of its foray in to the field of journalism. Thus began his career, spanning 30 years with a cross section of publications, covering most of the leading newspapers in the country.

 

 

During this period he worked his way up the media ladder, gaining the position of Editor-in-Chief, whilst earning the respect and regard from both the media fraternity and the readers.

 

 

Pradeep is also an author, having published over 50 books covering a cross section of subjects, including Fiction, Positive Thinking, Buddhist Philosophy and History. He still does articles on positive thinking and writes fictional series for weekly publications on a freelance basis.

 

 

Minlo Media is a young agency, headed by Damitha Wickramasinghe, an IT graduate and entrepreneur, with business interests in a variety of fields and Ama Wijesekera, a well known personality due to her award winning acting skills.

 

 

Staffed with a team of young, enthusiastic professionals, Minlo has quietly and steadily built a reputation for brand building and a keen ‘Ad-sense’ and will assuredly be a force to be reckoned with in the near future.
