NCPA request public support to trace suspect

The National Child Protection Authority (NCPA) has requested the public to provide any information regarding a suspect over a kidnapping of an underage female. An arrest warrant has been issued by courts for his arrest.

 

 

The suspect’s name is Thikawela Baduge Duminda Thikawela, aged 28 years. His address has been stated as Galpola Janapadaya, Ilukhena on his National Identity Card No. 821670500 V.

 

 

The NCPA urges the public to provide any information in their possession to assist in the arrest of the suspect.
