JVP leader off to China

Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna (JVP) leader Somawansa Amarasinghe left the island on a visit to Chinawhere he is to attend the ICAP conference, the party’s Media Unit states.

 

 

Mr. Amarasinghe is expected to hold discussions with top leaders of the Chinese government. Representatives of a large number of political parties from Asian countries are scheduled to attend this conference, the Media unit adds.
