Hicorp case in High Court

Charge sheets against Rtd. General Sarath Fonseka and another suspect regarding the Hi Corp fraud case have been submitted to the Colombo High Courts judge Sunil Rajapakse.

 

 

Sarath Fonseka who is being detained in the Navy Headquarters and another suspect Wellington De Hoedt, director of Hi Corp was produced before the High Court today.

 

 

High Courts Judge Sunil Rajapakse has ordered the case to be heard in courts on August 30. He also granted permission for the case to go on without Fonseka’s son-in-law Dhanuna Thilakarathna,a main suspect of this case as he is avoiding the courts.
