VIDEO: UPDATE: Mangala joins UNP

Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) Mahajana wing leader Mangala
Samaraweera obtained party membership from UNP leader Ranil Wickramasinghe a
short while ago.
The decision to officially join the United Party was taken at a recent Mahajana
wing executive assembly where they also agreed that the SLFP Mahajana wing
should subsequently be dissolved.
It is also rumored that Mangala Samaraweera will be made a member of the UNP
Working Committee as well as be appointed as the party’s main organizer for
Matara.
