VIDEO: The Randoli Perahera begins

The annual historic Kandy Esala Maha Randoli Perahera of the Sri Dalada Maligawa or the Temple of the Tooth Relic began with the usual pomp and pageantry a short while ago. This year, the Relic Casket is being borne by the majestic elephant Nedungamuwa Raja.
