UNP to notify religious leaders of 18th amendment

The United National Party (UNP) says that they have decided to inform all religious leaders of the upcoming 18th constitutional amendment brought forth by the government.
UNP Chairman Gamini Jayawickrama Perera said that they will begin the informing of religious leaders after attending to religious activities at the Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic) today morning.
Deputy Leader of the UNP Karu Jayasuriya and other party representatives are also scheduled to take part in today’s activity.
