Prabha may lose party membership - Mano

A final decision regarding Prabha Ganeshan, who joined the government from the Democratic People’s Front will be taken when the political council meets on September 22, the party’s leader Mano Ganeshan told Ada Derana.

He stated that most probably it will be decided by the council to cancel Prabha Ganeshan’s party membership. He also added that a disciplinary inquiry is currently being carried out on Prabha Ganeshan and that Prabha was notified about the matter in writing by the DPF’s General Secretary.

Mano Ganeshan says that however their has been no response from Prabha Ganeshan and thus the party has been forced to take a final decision come 22^nd.
