32 arrested for looting former LTTE base

32 persons have been arrested while attempting to loot steal from an abandoned former LTTE base at Visvamadu, Kottiadi area. Police have apprehended 7 tractors and a lorry loaded with metal, Police spokesman Prishanth Jayakodi told Ada Derana.

 

The suspects are said to be from the Visvamadu area.
