Two dead after car crashes into wall

Two persons were killed after their speeding car crashed into a wall in Athurugiriya in the wee hours of Monday (28), the police said.
The accident occurred on Athurugiriya - Godagama road at around 1.30 a.m. According to the police, the wounded persons were pronounced dead upon their admission to the Homagama Base hospital.
The deceased have been identified as two persons aged 24 and 32 who were residents of Kaduwela. Their post-mortems will be carried out today.
