Explosives recovered from well in Kilinochchi

Ten claymore bombs, 65 hand granedes, and live ammunitions have been recovered from a well in Kilinochchi, the Army confirmed a short while ago on Sunday.
The explosives were recovered upon a tip-off received by them, Army Spokesperson Brigadier Jayanath Jayaweera said.
The Army has launched investigations into the incident. The Spokesperson added that the found explosives are unserviceable.
