Two shot dead in Pannala

Two persons including a woman have been shot dead near a bus stop in Wetakeyawa, Pannala, the police confirmed a short while ago.
The incident occurred at around 7.45 pm this afternoon (29), according to police.
Another individual who sustained injuries was also taken to the Pannala hospital for treatments. The police added that a search operation is underway to locate the suspects.
