13th A should be removed from Constitution - Nalaka Thero

The only section that should be removed from the Constitution is the 13th Amendment, Leader of the Jathika Emamuthuwa Venerable Bengamuwe Nalaka Thero says.
The observation was made while speaking at a press conference held in Colombo this afternoon (26).
The Thero went on to say that an association will be formed to assist the families of the missing war heroes as well.
