Passport office to be closed tomorrow

The head office of the Immigration and Emigration Department will be closed tomorrow, an official said.
The head office will be closed following the decision to shift it from Maradana to Suhurupaya in Battaramulla, the official added.
As a result, the immigration divisional offices in Kandy, Matara and Jaffna will not conduct any activities as well.
The Department of Immigration and Emigration will commence its activities from Monday.
