Welgama to not attend SLFP convention

Former Minister and UFPA MP Kumara Welgama has vowed that he would not attend 65th Convention of the Sri Lankan Freedom Party (SLFP) that is scheduled to be held in Kurunegala.


The observation was made while he was speaking at an event held in Matale.


Welgama also went on to say he is ready for a public debate with anyone with respect of the tender procedure that the former government followed when purchasing coal.
