Gotabaya in Singapore for senior fellowship at RSIS

Former Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa has reportedly left the country for Singapore.
Mr Rajapaksa has been invited for a one-month senior fellowship program at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS).
Previously known as the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies, RSIS is an autonomous school within the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
