Trauma from blunt object leaves one dead in Wennapuwa

An individual had passed away after being attacked by a blunt object in Wennapuwa.
Police reported that the incident occurred over an altercation that developed over time.
The individual who suffered from extensive injuries after the attack was admitted to the Marawila Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The deceased is a 39-year-old resident of the Waikkala area in Bolawattta.
Wennapuwa Police have begun further investigations on the matter in the hope of arresting the perpetrator involved in the situation.
