Girl rushed to hospital after falling from overbridge in Kottawa

A girl sustained life-threatening-injuries Tuesday after she slipped and fell from an overbridge in Pannipitiya.
The incident occurred while she was on her way to school, police said.
The police have rushed the girl to the Homagama Base hospital and she is receiving treatment there.
The victim has been identified as a 16-year-old who is a resident of Kottawa, police added.
