One lane of Olcott Mawatha closed for traffic

One lane of Olcott Mawatha in Colombo Fort has been temporarily closed for traffic due to a protest by a group of disabled war veterans, Ada Derana reporter said.
The protesters are demanding that the government fulfill the promises made to them with regard to pensions.
The protest has reportedly resulted in severe traffic congestion in the area.
