SAITM is yet to be legally abolished – GMFSPA

The Government Medical faculty Students’ Parents Association (GMFSPA) stated that even though the government has taken a decision to abolish the SAITM medical faculty, the private entity is yet to be legally declared as an unlawful institute. 

Media Spokesperson of the GMFSPA Dr.Nimal Karunasiri stated that the maha sangha will be consulted on the above matter for guidance. 

He made these statements while visiting Ven.Getambe Rajopahanadhipathi Keppetipola thero earlier today (19).
