Mahanayake Theras responsible for defeating new constitution - Amarasekara

The Maha Sangha of the country including the Mahanayake Theras of the three Chapters should take the responsibility of defeating the proposed new Constitution, says the Collective of National Organizations.
Convener of the organizations Dr. Gunadasa Amarasekara made this observation at a media briefing held this morning (13).
Meanwhile speaking at a media briefing of “Eliya” Organization Ven. Medagoda Abhayathissa Thero stated a certain silence prevails regarding the constitutional process at present.
