New Secretaries appointed to six ministries

President Maithripala Sirisena has appointed new Secretaries to six ministries, the President’s Media Division said. 

Secretary to the Minister of Law & Order and Prison Reforms, Mr. Jagath P Wijeweera, has been appointed as the Secretary to the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development. 

M. Adhikari has been appointed as Secretary to the Ministry of Justice while D.G.M.V. Hapuarachchi has been named Secretary to the Ministry of City Planning and Water Supply.

Padmasiri Jayamanna has been appointed as the Secretary to the Ministry of Law and Order and Southern Development and M.M.P.K. Mayadunne is the new Secretary to the Ministry of Special Assignments.

R.M.D.B. Meegasmulla has been appointed the Secretary to the Ministry of Post, Postal Services and Muslim Religious Affairs.
