Former Kotte Mayor files petition over allocation of council members

Former Mayor of the Sri Jayawardenapura Kotte Municipal Council, Janaka Ranawaka, has filed a writ application before the Supreme Court alleging improper allocation of members to the council at the recent Local Government election.
