Protesters block Colombo-Avissawella road at Kotikawatta

The Colombo-Avissawella Low Level Road has been blocked for traffic at Kotikawatta due to a protest.
Ada Derana reporter said that this has resulted in severe traffic congestion in the area.
The protesters are reportedly demanding flood relief from the government.
