GSMB chairman removed, DG sent on compulsory leave: sources

Two top officials of the Geological Survey & Mines Bureau (GSMB) have been removed from their respective posts over corruption charges, sources told Ada Derana.

Accordingly, the GSMB chairman has been relieved from duties while its director-general was sent on compulsory leave.
