Harin resigns…

Harin Fernando who resigned as the Minister of Tourism, Lands, Sports, and Youth Affairs, addressed his ministry staff before clearing out his office at the ministry premises. He also cordially engaged with ministry staff and other employees before officially handing over his office and leaving. 

Fernando had resigned from his ministerial portfolios following the Supreme Court’s ruling issued this morning (09) declaring that the decision taken by the SJB to suspend the party membership of Manusha Nanayakkara and Harin Fernando was lawful.
