Former State Minister Pilleyan arrested

Former State Minister Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan alias ‘Pilleyan’ has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).

It is reported that the former State Minister was arrested in Batticaloa in connection with an investigation being conducted by the CID.
