Ward Place from Borella to Town Hall has been temporarily closed off in front of the University Grants Commission (UGC), stated Ada Derana reporter.

This is due to a protest march organized by university students.

Earlier, the protest march caused heavy traffic congestion along the roads near the Nelum Pokuna Theatre and the Green Path.
