General Fonseka’s daughters leave for USA

The two daughters, Aparna and Apsara of unsuccessful Opposition Presidential candidate General (Retired) Sarath Fonseka left the island yesterday for the United States of America, airport sources confirmed to Adaderana.

 

They added that the duo was permitted to leave without any restrictions or hinderance from the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake, from where they boarded their flight.

 

Inquired whether General Fonseka’s son-in-law Dhanuna Tilakaratne too accompanied them, BIA sources said that he did not do so.
