Hameedia supports Sri Lanka’s Hemal Ranasinghe for ‘Mr. World’ Pageant

Sri Lanka’s leading menswear specialist has extended its support to Hemal Ranasinghe, Sri Lanka’s representative at the Mr. World pageant by adding clothes from the FH Collection and Hameedia range to his extensive wardrobe.

 

 

And as he mingles with the hundreds of other contestants from all parts of the world and is watched by a distinguished panel of judges, Hemal will be seen sporting clothes Club Wear from the FH Collection, Polo type sport tops, and at the grande finale, a complete tuxedo from Hameedia.

 

 

Managing Director Fouzul Hameed said, “We’re proud to support our contestant at this prestigious international pageant. Hemal Ranasinghe is one of Sri Lanka’s best known fashion and commercial models. He has walked the ramp at innumerable fashion shows and been a brand ambassador for some of the leading commercial entities in Sri Lanka”.

 

 

Hemal won both the ‘Fitness Kingdom Show 2007’ and ‘Mr. Sri Lanka 2009’ pageants and subsequently represented Sri Lanka at the ‘Best Male Model World 2009’ in Spain where he did Sri Lanka proud by winning the coveted title. Mr. World will be held in Incheon, South Korea on 27 March 2010 and will be televised across the globe to an estimated audience of over 1 billion people covering one hundred countries.
